You acknowledge that you are signing up for a subscription that will automatically renew for the same term as your initial subscription term unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. For example, an annual subscription will renew for an additional 12 month term if it is not canceled prior to the renewal date. Monthly and other Flexible plans will renew for the same term unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

If, for any reason, an annual renewal is not permitted by law, and you elect to cancel an annual renewal prior to the end of the renewal term, any refund will be treated as though your plan was a monthly plan. Annual discounted rates only apply for the full annual term, and early cancellation will result in a higher per month cost. Any refund of prepaid fees under this section shall be calculated using the current monthly subscription plan rates.
